ACE GFC
One Kit for all GFC Treatment
The GFC activator solution which is spray dried in the GFC tube is triple sterile and water-based chemical. The activator solution has the pH adjusted so that the Growth Factor cells in the obtained solution does not lyse. The water based solution helps in activation of GFC preparation without the disruption of the RBC, to avoid contamination of RBC.

Features of ACE GFC Tube
Growth Factor Activator Solution
The GFC activator solution which is spray dried in the GFC tube is triple sterile and water-based chemical. The activator solution has the pH adjusted so that the Growth Factor cells in the obtained solution does not lyse. The water based solution helps in activation of GFC preparation without the disruption of the RBC, to avoid contamination of RBC.
Growth Factor Derived from ACE GFC
Lumiere Aesthetic’s ACE GFC successfully derives these heterogenous growth factors from our GFC Tubes. These growth factors are involved in tissue regeneration, tissue repair, and stem cell migration, differentiation, proliferation, stimulates the production of new blood vessels.
PDGF (Platelet-derived Growth Factor)
VEGF (Vascular endothelial Growth Factor)
IGF-1(Insulin-like Growth Factor-1)
EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor)
FGF (Fibroblast Growth Factors)
Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) or scatter factor (SF) Transforming growth factor (TGF)
Nerve growth factor (NGF)
GFC Separation Gel
The gel in the GFC tube is thixotropic and is biocompatible It is single component gel, hence there are no chances of its contamination with the GFC obtained. The inert property of the gel does not interfere and does not cause and change in the result of the solution. The specific gravity of the gel is so adjusted that it will become a separation barrier between GFC solution and RBC and trap all the RBC including its micro particles
Sterilization
Sterilization of each batch is done by gamma irradiation Dosage mapping of the gamma rays is carried out to check efficacy of irradiation Irradiation Sterilization is done at Government approved facility

Instruction for GFC Preparation
Step 1 : Collection of Blood
Collect 5 ml blood in the GFC tube.
Step 3 : Separation of GFC
Centrifuge the tube at 3500 RPM (1900G) for 10 minutes. Tube should be counter balanced before placing in centrifuge.
Step 5 : Application
Collected GFC is ready to use.
Step 2 : Activation of GFC
Mix by inverting gently 5 - 10 times and allow to stand upright for 30 minutes.
Step 4 : Collection of GFC
At the point of collecting GFC from the tube. Invert the tube to allow the GFC to collect at the cap of the tube. Insert the needle of the collecting syringe into the cap. Tip of the needle should be just under the cap to allow the maximum recovery of GFC.
