At Lumiere Aesthetic, we are committed to delivering your products safely, securely, and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship orders across India.

  • Delivery availability depends on the customer’s location and courier service reach.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Remote or non-metro areas may take additional time.

Packaging & Safety

  • All products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  • We ensure proper packaging standards, especially for aesthetic and medical-grade products.

Tracking Information

  • Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

Delays & Liability

  • Lumiere Aesthetic is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • In case of transit damage, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images/videos.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Lumiere Aesthetic, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of aesthetic and medical products, our return policy is strict and transparent.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
 

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective

  • Product received is incorrect

Non-Returnable Items
 

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

Return Request Process
 

  • Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos and/or unboxing video are mandatory for verification

  • Requests without proper proof will not be accepted

Refund / Replacement
 

  • After verification, a replacement will be provided or a refund will be processed (at our discretion)

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
